How many devices can I use with the same license?
Up to 3 devices.
Are updates free? Even ones that add new modules?

I'm having issues, I can't hear the plugin working.
This is usually a small DAW issue. Try updating the plugin, running a rescan, or simply closing and reopening your DAW, that should fix it.
Where can I find my order?
You'll find it in your profile under Order History, or in the email you received right after your purchase.
How does CREATIVE DIST 2.0 work?
The installer includes a PDF covering all the plugin's main features, and we'll also be releasing videos showing how to get the most out of it.
How do I install CREATIVE DIST 2.0?
The installer includes everything the plugin needs, including presets and a PDF with all the plugin info.
How do I install it on Mac?
Just allow the installation: go to Settings, then Privacy, and grant permission at the bottom of the page using your Mac password.
Logic, Studio One or another DAW can't find or open the plugin on Mac
CREATIVE DIST isn't notarized through Apple's paid Developer Program ($99/year), so macOS can sometimes block your DAW from loading it even after you've allowed the installer in Privacy & Security. If that happens, open Terminal (Applications → Utilities → Terminal), paste the command below, press Enter, and type your Mac password when asked (it won't show on screen, that's normal). Then restart your DAW and run a plugin rescan.

Which versions are supported on Mac?
VST3 and AU are both available on Mac.
Which versions are supported on Windows?
Only VST3 is available on Windows, and it requires Windows 11 or later.
Is there an AAX version?
Not at the moment, it hasn't been implemented yet.
Where can I find the CREATIVE DIST 2.0 manual?
It's downloaded automatically into the plugin folder during installation.
